Refund Policy

1. Fourteen-day refund window

The initial payment for a first-time annual subscription or lifetime purchase may be refunded in full when the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. This voluntary promise does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or any greater rights provided by Paddle in your jurisdiction.

2. How to request

Submit the request through Paddle Buyer Support, or email vange9588@outlook.com from the address used at checkout. Include your Paddle transaction ID and purchase date. A reason is optional, but it may help us improve the product.

3. Subscription renewals and cancellation

The voluntary 14-day refund window applies to the initial subscription payment, not ordinary renewal charges. Renewal refunds may still be available for a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unresolved material defect, or where required by law. Canceling an annual subscription stops the next renewal but does not itself refund the current billing period.

4. Additional eligible cases

• Duplicate or accidental purchase reported within the request window
• The license was not delivered and support could not restore access
• A material advertised Pro feature does not work and cannot be reasonably fixed
• Any refund required by applicable consumer law

5. Limits

Requests outside the applicable window may be declined unless required by law or related to an unresolved material defect. Refunds may also be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, a chargeback already in progress, or unauthorized license sharing.

6. Processing

Approved Paddle refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, your card issuer, and your bank. Refunded licenses will be revoked after the refund is confirmed.
