THE AGREEMENT, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
Terms of Service
These terms form an agreement between you and AI Chat Skin, the independent developer and operator of AI Chat Skin.
Effective date: July 21, 2026
1. The product
AI Chat Skin is an independent browser extension that changes the visual styling of supported third-party AI websites. It does not provide access to those services, replace their subscriptions, or control their availability.
2. Independent status
AI Chat Skin is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, ByteDance, Alibaba, or any other supported service provider. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
3. License and acceptable use
A purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased AI Chat Skin features on up to 3devices used by the same purchaser. Device slots and the license may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or shared with other people. You may not resell, sublicense, share, reverse engineer for circumvention, or use the product to violate another service's terms or applicable law.
4. Pricing, payment, and delivery
Current Pro prices are US$5.00 per year for the annual subscription and US$12.99 for a one-time lifetime purchase. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for Paddle transactions and handles payment, applicable sales tax, invoices, and billing support. Access is delivered electronically after confirmed payment. Annual subscriptions renew until canceled; the checkout displays the applicable renewal terms before purchase.
5. Compatibility and updates
Supported websites may change their interfaces without notice. We aim to maintain compatibility but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device, browser version, network, or third-party website. Purchased features may receive maintenance updates, but no promise is made that every future feature will be included.
6. Refunds and termination
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. We may suspend a license for fraud, chargeback, unauthorized sharing, or material breach of these terms. A network failure alone is not treated as a license violation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for changes, outages, account actions, or data practices of third-party AI services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
